Curtis graduated from University of the Pacific in 1989. He started his career treating adults with neurological injuries at the Veteran’s Hospital in Palo Alto, CA. In 1992, he transitioned to the Physical Therapy staff at Stanford University Hospital, where he assumed multiple roles from orthopedic clinical specialist, mentor, educator, and administrator over all outpatient services. Soon after relocating (back) to Clovis in 2003, Curtis and his wife Pamela opened Thrive Physical Therapy where he continues to treat patients on a full-time basis. He welcomes the challenges associated with private practice and remains highly energized by seeing his patients reach their personal and functional goals. Curtis lives in Clovis with his wife Pamela and their 3 sons Ryan, Joshua, and Nathanael. They enjoy playing games and reading together, and hiking and enjoying Hume Lake.
Tiffany graduated Cum Laude from California State University Fresno with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, Exercise Science. She was accepted into the Physical Therapy program at Fresno State and graduate Magna Cum Laude in 2007. Tiffany was an aide for five years and a student athletic trainer for two years before getting her license. She has experience working in an acute care setting, Tiffany enjoys working with spanish speaking patients since doing a short term study abroad in Spain when in school. She has a passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, interested in sacroiliac dysfunction and spine patients with training from the Institute of Physical Art and Evidence in Motion. Tiffany is also a certified personal trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Branden has a bachelors in Interdisciplinary Health Rehabilitative Services from Fresno State where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Branden then attended Fresno State’s Physical Therapy Program graduating Magna Cum Laude. Branden has a strong passion for helping people with orthopedic dysfunction. He feels that pain is not necessary to make progress toward rehabilitation related goals. Branden is married to Dana Smith and has 3 kids. He feels fortunate and blessed to be working in a faith based clinic.
Kristen has a bachelor’s in Kinesiology, Exercise Science from Fresno State where she graduated Cum Laude, Kristen then attended University of the Pacific where she graduated from the Physical Therapy program Magna Cum Laude. In December 2013 Kristen traveled to Malawi and participated in the first annual community health worker training at St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Namitondo, Malawi as well as providing physical therapy care in the palliative unit. Kristen is interested in biomechanics related to orthopedic dysfunction and helping patients to overcome pain and return to previous level of function. She enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and playing with her golden retriever Khloe.
Beth graduated from University of California Los Angeles and then went on to graduate from the University of Southern California with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree that emphasized orthopedic and neurological diagnosis. Beth worked in an outpatient hospital clinic, seeing a variety of diagnoses including orthopedic injuries, vestibular dysfunctions, Parkinson’s Disease, and gait/balance abnormalities before moving back to Fresno. Beth, and her husband Joe, have a 2 year old son, Caleb, and are expecting their second son this June! The LaCrues enjoy traveling, medical missions, and sports/outdoor activities.
